Uncertain-Tees
Life is filled with uncertainties. As the mind considers these uncertainties, anxiety, worry, and other uncomfortable states of mind can surface, and it becomes increasingly difficult to focus at work or be present for family and friends. Eating, exercise and general well-being suffer as well.
